Dear Panther Family,
It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the newly appointed Principal of South Dade Middle School. I am delighted and deeply honored to become a part of this community and put “Service Before Self”.
The 2023-2024 school year brings a lot of new excitement and passion for teaching and learning. It is my belief that access to quality education is an essential right of every child and a necessary means for them to become successful contributing members of society. As an educational leader, I inspire to collaborate with teachers, students, parents, and community members to foster a safe and nurturing environment for our future leaders. As such, our students and community will greatly benefit from our collective efforts. As the number one stakeholder, you are officially invited to join us in this partnership and make South Dade Middle the best choice for your children and any future incoming students.
I am also equally excited to work closely with each of you to build South Dade’s presence and enhance our students’ love for learning. Our dedicated faculty and staff members work tirelessly to meet the needs of each student by providing a rigorous academic program that will challenge and inspire our students to reach their full potential. We offer a wide range of competitive and engaging programs including but not limited to a Medical Magnet, Vex Robotics, Business & Information Technology, Visual & Performing Arts, and award-winning athletics.
Together, we will work diligently to put the needs of our students first. I am looking forward to making the 2023-24 school year a memorable one for each and every one of our families to ensure a fulfilling, happy, and safe school year.
